• If you need assistance in placing or tracking an order, please contact orders@redplatefoods.com.
• Your order will ship within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service.
• Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address used to place your order.
• Red Plate accepts orders for delivery within the United States and APO addresses.
• Although we would love to meet you in person, our commercial facility is not currently set up for customer order pickups. Please order through our wonderful retail partners in Bend, Oregon if you wish to avoid shipping charges – our store partners often provide discounts on volume orders – ask when placing your order.
