Chia Seed Pudding Bowl Recipe
Chia Seed Pudding can be a perfect quick snack that is healthy and delicious! With this recipe, anyone can enjoy this snack, regardless of your dietary restrictions.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 4 1/2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Non-dairy Milk of Choice
- Fresh Fruit of Choice
- 1oz Red Plate Foods Vanilla Granola packet
Recipe:
- Place Chia Seed, Maple Syrup, and non-dairy milk in a container with a lid. Mix until there are no clumps of Chia Seeds. Place lid on container and shake well.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours (or overnight). Stir prior to serving
- Top pudding with fresh fruit and 1oz Red Plate Foods Vanilla Granola packet
- Enjoy!
