Chia Seed Pudding Bowl Recipe

Chia Seed Pudding topped with Red Plate Foods Granola and fresh fruit


Chia Seed Pudding can be a perfect quick snack that is healthy and delicious! With this recipe, anyone can enjoy this snack, regardless of your dietary restrictions.



  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
  • 4 1/2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Non-dairy Milk of Choice
  • Fresh Fruit of Choice
  • 1oz Red Plate Foods Vanilla Granola packet



  • Place Chia Seed, Maple Syrup, and non-dairy milk in a container with a lid. Mix until there are no clumps of Chia Seeds. Place lid on container and shake well.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours (or overnight). Stir prior to serving
  • Top pudding with fresh fruit and 1oz Red Plate Foods Vanilla Granola packet
  • Enjoy!
